1. Quoted $119 charged $225!!! (Amount of rooms and size was fully disclosed and verified prior to cleaning/quote.) I scheduled the cleaning but was not available when it was time to pay.
2. Didn't show at the specified time with no call to inform.
3. Showed up 7 hours late for RESCHEDULED time (again with no call to inform of a problem). Showed up at 7:30 p.m. instead of noon.
4. The phone is never answered. Attempts to contact the company to discuss the discrepancies were unsuccessful as they NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE!
