A different company cancelled on me 1 day before they were to clean and 2 days before Christmas. I didn't think I would get anyone on no notice but clean queen maid service came to my rescue!!! The girls that came to the house were very nice and thorough.

Extremely happy with the service we received! Clean Queen performed a deep-clean on our new home that was left quite dirty by the previous owner. The home looks and feels brand new after their services. Appliances, blinds, shelves, fans, etc - all spotless. They were super friendly and responsive when answering questions and were even able to squeeze us in last minute. I highly recommend Clean Queen for a high quality service and will most certainly use them again in the future.

They were very professional, the deep clean looked great, though It took forever. For a house my size they should have sent 2 people (and told me they would) but instead one person spent the first 6 hours doing work and then the second person showed up and they spent an additional 2 hours cleaning. I am a fairly clean person, no kids and a dog who doesn’t shed so I still felt the deep clean was great but felt my windows could have been cleaned better (for a deep clean I would have expected more than just dusting my blinds) and I wish it wouldn’t have taken 8+ hours

We live in North Carolina and needed our condo cleaned in Westminster before selling. I requested pictures after cleaning. I am blown away at the incredible job the cleaners did. I would highly recommend these folks for your cleaning needs. (Wish they were closer to me in NC!!) Also, a shout out to Alexis who coordinated the event. We had to switch days - she managed the last-minute change with such caring and grace. Just WoW... I didn't know this level of service still exists.

Want a new house but can’t afford a new house? Hire these guys. I spent a long time putting off finding a new cleaning crew after I was unhappy with the prior people we had been using. Clean Queen made things very easy. They were able to fit me in the next day and our house looks and feels brand new. Their customer service is remarkable and… everyone cleaning was very professional. I recently hired Clean Queen for an initial cleaning of our home and they did a great job! Their team was super understanding that our kiddo was home with us and let him check out what they were doing with tons of patience.
