We just had a beautiful new dining room expansion and office to spare room renovation completed by Purcell Construction. Dan Purcell has forthright integrity and is a straight shooter. His bid was not the highest and not the lowest. It WAS the fairest and most realistic, based on our research. If you want a job done right, he is "that guy." Our job was completed before the projected time at the cost Dan estimated, except for the specific add-ons that we specifically requested during the process. Throughout the work, he, almost daily, checked in on the job site and asked us if we had any concerns
