This project was a full-floor buildout for Healthcare Management Associates' main offices for a repeat customer. It consisted of over 25,000sf, including private glass and open offices, conference and huddle rooms, IT server room with dedicated cooling, training room, and open breakroom. Construction was completed in just under 90 days.
