I had called 7 plumbing companies closer to my house for an emergency water heater repair. All said they were booked for weeks out. Valley Air responded quickly and scheduled for as soon as possible. Their technicians came on schedule, found the problem, notified me of the costs and made the repairs. Great job.

I used Valley Air for my heating system. Wasn't really impressed with the person who answered the phone and took my info at first step but the rest of the service was great actually. I got appointment on same day.The tech (Richard) called to make sure if it's ok for him to come earlier which was perfect for me. He showed up and took care of everything and explained the issue and the reason why my heating system was acting up and how I can prevent it from happening again. He was really professional and knowledgeable. He even waited to make sure my system works for a while. I also got a phone call

This is the second time I've used Valley Air. I called first thing Monday morning, and a technician was here by 9:30am same day. Richard was the technician and was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my dumb questions. He diagnosed the issue almost immediately. Had the replacement part on the truck, and my house was cool again before noon. I will definitely call on them again....as my system is very old! -Todd

Out of all the HVAC businesses in the area, this is the ONLY one that not only shows up, but follows up. Their staff has been consistently kind, professional, and efficient. I had them install a unit at my. business location, and can't wait for them to come update our home. Every aspect of this transaction has been the best quality I've experienced in the valley. I can't recommend them enough. Special shout outs to Chrissy, Jason, David, Dakota, and the electrician (whose name I can't recall). Best customer service!

Lesson learned: never call them for anything. We've been having problems with our hot water ever since purchasing our new house. We called Valley Air and they sent someone out to look at our hot water heater. He was in our house for about two minutes total. He barely even looked at our hot water heater and he never touched it. He then told us that our hot water heater isn't big enough to keep up with our demand. It's a standard size, and the only people who live in the house are my husband and I. Then they sent us an estimate for $2,000.

We have used Valley Air on numerous occasions, and each time, they have been friendly, professional, and informative. We can always count on them to fit us in timely and fix whatever issue we have in an adequate amount of time. Scheduling with them is super simple and they always call when they are on their way, and even call as a courtesy if a previous job has run over a little longer than expected. They've always been affordable, and really seem to care about the customers that choose them. I'll stick with using them for the long haul.

We had another company (Halcyon Contracting out of Charlottesville VA) remodel the lower level of our home - finished Jan/Feb 2020. They had a subcontractor (Airflow heating and cooling out of Charlottesville VA) push our ductwork up into the joists ( done under an initial contract in March 2019) to put a finished ceiling in the lower level of our home. Through Halcyon, the subcontractor recommended going with a dual zone thermostat and put in the XL1050 Comfort Link Thermostat by Trane to work with our existing American Standard HVAC . We had problems right away with the new thermostat and Halcyon

The Valley Air team installed a Trane XV18 variable speed duel fuel gas furnace and heat pump in my new house earlier this year. The air conditioning worked perfectly all summer. The system is whisper quiet...you dont even know its on. Now that its getting cold have been using heat and it also is whisper quiet and warms the house up quickly. Chris provided a full written analysis of my house to size the system. The installation team was very professional and did a great job. I would recommend Valley Air and would use them again for sure. The system is so efficient my electric bill was never over

Our hvac air blower went out yesterday. We called them and they came as soon as they could within 24 hrs to help us get our heat working again. They were able to find the capacitor part that needed replacement and just fix it, saving me a lot of money. Bobby and Mark were very corteous and professional in their demeanor and service. They even came a little out of their way to get to me. The service call and part were very reasonable in price. I would highly recommend you call these guys if you need hvac help!
