Worst experience. I spent over $2500 in less than a month and my problem is not fixed, it’s actually worse. They gave me an estimate and promised to evaluate pipes before install. They didn’t. They installed new piping for $2100 and then explained I needed additional work for much more money. Dishonest, opportunistic and disrespectful is how I would describe this company. When I talked to the owner Mike on the phone about my issue he cussed at me and said “he would pay me to not call him anymore”. Unbelievable. Reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Be advised. Use anyone else!!!

My water went out entirely, and for two full days, Josh Zimmerman of Advanced Plumbing worked tirelessly to fix the issue. Josh was stellar. Kind, knowledgable, professional. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Josh and the Advanced Team again anytime.

Josh came out to look at our water valve for the washing machine. He explained clearly why is wasn’t working and quickly got the parts and reinstalled the necessary pieces. He was so professional and took care to take off his shoes, wear a mask, and be considerate of my baby’s nap schedule. Would definitely recommend Josh!

Had Josh come out to look at the garbage disposal which had stopped running. He was amazing!!! He had a great attitude and was very professional and respectful of our home. (While also following covid social distancing guidelines too!) Very knowledgeable and quick to diagnose the problem, explain it to us, and willing to put in the work to fix it the RIGHT way! He even had to run to get a part and was gone and back before we knew it.

Used Advanced Plumbing Services as part of a home warranty call and they discovered that most of the CPVC throughout my home was cracked. Paid them outside of warranty service to replace ALL plumbing in the house...BIG MISTAKE! First, one of the workers decided they needed to use the toilet, leaving a massive #2 just sit in there for two days (because the water was off). Then, as work was going on I noticed they were leaving the unreliable CPVC in certain areas and had to request they correct it. Third, when they finished work, they left all the broken pipes and trash from the job thrown all throughout

I can’t thank Advanced plumbing enough! It’s so hard to find a quality plumber to do residential work without waiting for months or paying an arm and a leg. Advanced was immediately responsive, and came within a few days of calling. Kenny and Josh are super friendly, warm, and made us feel like valued customers, even for such a small job like roughing-in and finishing plumbing for a tiny cottage. Everything has come together faster and cleaner than we could have hoped for. They have done exceptionally good work and were so thoughtful about all the tiny details.

Sprung a leak in a pipe in a wall in our utility room today and Advanced Plumbing Services was contracted through my home warranty service. Josh Zimmerman was dispatched this evening and he provided incredible customer service. He was responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to quickly find the leak and made the necessary repair so we could have water back in the house. Would highly recommend Advanced Plumbing Services. Thanks!
