We have current Certificates for OSHA 40 Hour Hazwopper training, 16 Hour Asbestos Operations and Maintenance, OSHA 10 Hour Construction Industry Outreach, and Lead Related Construction. As Owner of the company, Ron Busch is also the Operator/Supervisor for each job.

R S Busch Construction was formed in 1977 in Ventura, CA, to provide excellence in concrete and asphalt removal, excavation, clear and grub, and a full range of demolition services. Ron Busch, owner of R S Busch Construction, entered the heavy equipment industry in 1969 as an Operating Engineers Apprentice.
R S Busch Construction is committed to Recycling in order to benefit the environment and save our customers the extra cost of hauling reinforced concrete to a landfill. During concrete demolition, we break the concrete to the appropriate size for recycling and remove the rebar so that the concrete can be crushed at the recycle plant or used on site.
I am fortunate to be able to work at a lifetime career that I chose at the age of 5 while riding with my Dad, who was a Supervisor for County Roads. I loved heavy equipment then and I still do. After more than 30 years in the backhoe business, I still enjoy providing creative solutions for tough jobs.
As a General Contractor, over 30 years of working with other local businesses in the construction field has developed reciprocal working relationships with highly dependable and effective companies who can partnerwith R S Busch Construction to provide extra services as needed to complete any job. As a Sub-contractor we have developed long and loyal commitments to represent our customers with work done well and efficiently.
