I experienced a minor problem.
The final cost / price was double the original phone estimate. So yes, that’s a bit of a shock to the system, isn’t it?
Oh, I went ahead and got it done. I needed / wanted to get it better looking for Christmas and the New Year.
Yes, the carpeting in 3-4 specific areas was well trafficked and very dirty on a light-colored carpet. So it was a difficult job and I was satisfied with the final cleaning - short of recarpeting the house!
Still, price went firm $200 to $400. I could have said “No” and shopped around for another company on another day, but time

ChemDry typically does a great job of cleaning carpet and we have employed them many times with satisfaction. This recent service call was frustrating. Upon arrival, I wanted to discuss adding a few other rooms but the tech stated they were overbooked and were in a hurry. No problem, I understand. However, he seemed quite stressed that the office staff overbooks them which causes them to upset customers by arriving later as the day progresses. Plus they end up working into the evening. It sounds like greedy management that does not properly tend their employees.

The first appointment I had was canceled because their employee did not show up, so I rescheduled it. From the time the two workers came into my house to clean carpeting in one bedroom and two area rugs and left, they probably had been in my house for about 15 minutes maximum. When I looked at the carpet they had supposedly cleaned, it looked dirtier than when they got here. I asked one of the guys why it wasn’t clean and he told me that after it dried it would look better. Well, it didn’t. My carpet actually looked like it had not been touched. The service team was late buy an hour and a half above the window that they gave me. I had three rooms and one stairs done.
They stayed here for about 40 minutes.
The quality of the work was mediocre to say the least oh, I did not see any improvement on my carpet, as if it was made wet and that's it. The carpet was only 1 years old.
When confronted the technician, he said that the carpet is bad quality, although the home is new and we paid an additional $16,000 for premium carpet.
The technician was nice and personable.
Needless to say, I will not use them again.

I booked a special deal at $40 a room to clean carpets. On arrival, the technician told me that this would not clean my carpet and baited me into a higher priced service (twice the original amount). They were barely working for 30 minutes and the cleanliness was not impressive. When I called their office, the receptionist stated that the service I requested was exactly what I was charged double for. Bait and switch!!! The owner/manager was supposed to call me back the following day to resolve this. I haven’t heard from them in 2 months!! Will NEVER use again and I will NEVER recommend their service

We called Justin Jensen at Integrity Chem-Dry on a Monday and he came the following day. We purchased a new home and the master bedroom carpet was very dirty. Justin told us that the carpet would look new when he was finished. I have attached the before and after photos to show the difference in the carpet appearance after his cleaning. I would strongly recommend Justin Jensen of Integrity Chem-Dry to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

I've never used Chem-Dry before and Ryan was awesome. This was actually the best experience with any carpet cleaner I've ever had and I've tried a lot of the Steamway's, Family Man, etc. The carpet looked fantastic and was almost 100% dry about an hour after Ryan left. I'm impressed and will absolutely use them again in the future.

Time has slipped by and our carpets had gotten quite stained. I dreaded having someone come clean it because I knew they'd groan at the work. Steve came out and did a fantastic job! I appreciated his super friendly demeanor. He even gave tips on the best way to clean spots. I am marking my calendar to schedule the next cleaning... and I'll be sure to ask for Steve.
