I started in the field of roofing in 1979. In the early 80's I joined the Roofers Union and successfully completed my Apprenticeship Program in Residential and Large Scale Commercial Roofing. Over the years I worked for three of the largest roofing companies in the United States. In 1995 I successfully completed the test for my California Contractors License and started Rogers Roofing Co.
In the beginning I did everything by myself. As the company grew and became more successful, I started hiring and training staff. I hired two key Foremen and the best roofers I could hire. I knew I had to have office staff so I brought in the best, my wife Kim, with over 20 years experience in management.
Kim being in the office brought more structure and stability into the business. As our Company has grown over the years we finally incorporated which required a new state contractors license #. We are still the same quality company with myself (Dean Rogers) involved in every job. My new job as Supervisor/Estimator is much more rewarding.

I highly recommend choosing Roger's Roofing for your roofing needs. I requested 3 quotes from 3 companies and chose Rodger's Roofing because he demonstrated he was committed to making sure excellent work was completed and he had the most reasonable price. We called in early July they were available until August, which we were not worried about we understand that is the process with other contracts they have. Everyday all the workers would show up on time and were professional, I cannot overshare how grateful I was at how clean and organized they were. They were meticulous in making sure

This review is long overdue. I contacted numerous roofers with the intent of at least 3 proposals in hand. A few never returned my messages and it still took a little work to get 3 roofers. Dean Rogers was the only one I could reach on the first try. One said he'd look at my house via Google satellite and the other two, including Dean, showed up in person to inspect the roof for an accurate proposal. Dean showed up at the agreed time, later presented a proposal with the best type of shingle for our style house; it was also the lowest price of the three. Because it was already roofing season

Very negative experience.
I went to the website of this company, they say they have thousands of satisfied customers. But their Yelp only has 6 reviews and their website and only a few other sites have reviews and there aren't very many. If this guy's work was so amazing, there would be a lot more. The last one on Yelp was 02/25/16. He has the contractor mindset where it's ok to blow people off and then give attitude when I did nothing wrong. His actions are very unfortunate, because he blew off the potential for thousands of dollars for a brand new roof.

All I have to say is that Rogers roofing is top notch. We had told Dean that our old roof which was shake had a leak, we were not even in contract with him and he sent a crew over immediately. The men were here timely every day, cleaned up the mess after each days work. I would highly recommend Rogers Roofing to anyone. They were able to started the job in a timely manner and finished when they stated they would be. Wish I could give Dean higher than a five star rating as they deserve it. Also the price was very reasonable for 2 large roofs.

I can't give them enough stars!!! Excellent work & VERY reasonable prices. Tore off my old roof & put on the new one in 2 days. At the end of each day you couldn't even tell they had been there. Everything was all cleaned up. They have done 4 of my neighbors roofs since. Everyone was very happy with them. Highly recommend!!

Called once on Wednesday asking for an estimate. Lady on the phone got all my details (name, number, address) and said a tech would call me later. No one did.
I called again the next morning (Thursday) and mentioned that no one called me back and that it was the second time I called. The lady on the phone got all my info all over again and said a Tech would call me. Someone did call me about an hour later to schedule an appointment (not really a tech, but whatever). She said Tuesday, I said no. how about Today or tomorrow. She said she'd have to ask the owner and she'd call me later

I had been referred to Rogers Roofing a couple of years ago by a friend. I was now in need of a roofer and quick. I called and got an appointment a couple of days later. Once I met Dean Rogers I knew this was the company I would use. He explained everything that would be needed in detail so that I understood. He came back the day before they were to start the roof and went over everything again. I was at ease knowing this company was doing my roof. They tore off the 3 layers that were on there and put up the new roof in no time at all. Very reliable, quick, fair pricing and a job well
