If you have a flat or low pitch roof currently covered with tar & gravel or another product which is applied seam-by-seam, you might want to consider a sprayed polyurethane foam (SPF) roof system. Because the SPF system is sprayed on as a liquid, when finished, your new roof system will be 100% seamless throughout the roof surface and insulated.
Sprayed Polyurethane Foam (SPF) is a great option for insulating all types of stainless steel structures, like wine storage tanks and other metal buildings. It is cheaper to spray SPF on tanks and also allows for tanks to run more efficiently while being just as durable as before, if not more. We are certified and approved applicators of specialty coatings, including food grade for Fortune 500 companies.

When they installed my foam roof 9 years ago they were excellent to work with and responded quickly to minor repairs for a few years afterwards. However, during the past few years, their response to repair requests (15 year guaranteed) has be abysmal. They either don't answer the phone (voice mail), don't return calls or don't show up. I would have given them a 5-star rating in the early years, but their lack of response to warrantee repairs hardly rates a 1-star rating. Very disappointing.

I hired these guys to put 1 1/2 inches of foam over my existing foam roof. I had leaky drains and wanted them to be repaired and sealed properly. I also wanted any areas of blistered foam removed and recoated, and positive drainage from low areas. They promised two coats of sealant (1.5gal/100sq feet per coat) over the foam they were going to apply, and to tape off all the solar mounts I had on the roof. I sent my deposit and didn't receive a call for over a week. I called multiple times and finally received a call back 10 days later. On that day, Friday, they said they wanted to start Saturday

This review is long overdue. Our family has an Anshen and Allen designed Eichler, non atrium model. Original footprint of the house was about 1600 sq ft, with a tri-level flat roof. In the 1970s, the then owners added an additional 900 sq ft in additions, so the house/roof ended up being rather large for an Eichler (I think the roof surface is 3000+sq ft). The 1970s additions to the house are great on the ground, but made an already complicated roof absolutely nutty. There are five different levels, 4 flat and one sloped, that were patched together with no regard for drainage. To make it even more

I'm in the process of closing on home that needs a respray of the top layer. Looking for another quote from the first company (one that actually confirmed and came out for inspection) AFE might do good work but between my realtor and myself calling on different occasions/multiple times to confirm a date of inspection (do you all like to make money as a company??) Only to be told a tech will call within 24hrs... yup still waiting days later after multiple calls.... Good luck getting an inspection scheduled
