We were blown away by JTRs professionalism, efficiency and fantastic work. They have an amazing system set up. From start to finish they completed the house and garage in under 4 hours (rip-off to new shingles). There were NO signs that they were even there afterwards, no nails, no old shingles, no crushed plants, etc. Stewart Parker was great to work with and coordinated everything, inspection, shingle samples and the insurance questions.

JTR Roofing did a great job for us getting our new roof/skylights/gutters installed. We couldn't be more pleased. Their representative, Bob Link, has to be the world's most conscientious salesman. He knew the ins and outs of all the decisions we needed to make and supervised the entire project, including the insurance and city inspection requirements. We're most appreciative.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
We had Bob from JTR roofing come to our cabin in 2019 to look at out roof. After communication with our insurance company and with Bob we decided to use their company. Bob called us and told us that it was too cold to put the roof on at the time and they would proceed in spring of 2020. We kept texting Bob in the spring and got no response. Finally we got in touch with the owner who told us that he decided not to do the roof and that is why Bob probably was not getting back with us. Then it was, "have a good day" and hung up. I had an excellent experience working with JTR. We had our shingles replaced and gutter caps installed, and I made it clear I was taking competitive bids. During my bid process, they were immediately responsive and thoroughly answered all my questions. Once I selected JTR to do the work, the communication was timely, they completed the job when they said they would, and everything was left in great shape afterwards. As Stew said, "we try and work differently...". To me that means they're a super friendly bunch who do deliver quality work!
