Yesterday Alan arrived prompt and ready to work. He was patient with the walk through and cleaned everything I had asked him too, even some places that hadn't been cleaned in a couple of years such as next to my nightstand; such a small spot I did not think there was a tool to clean it! I didn't even ask, but to my surprise it was cleaned- Thank you Alan!!!
The entire job took maybe an hour and a half? His price was very reasonable. He even laid down a paper trail for us before he left!
The carpet was mostly dry by last night, I waited until today to vacuum and put the furniture back

We have used Capri Carpet for many years and consistently have been impressed by the quality of work. Alan from Capri Carpet recently cleaned our carpeting. We also had him steam clean our light beige travertine floors. We were very happy with Alan's steam cleaning as it removed the darker spots of ground in dirt that we were unable to remove with normal cleaning. He sealed the travertine after the steam cleaning and it looks brand new. We highly recommend Alan and Capri Carpet Care.

I've been having Allen clean my carpets for 20 years and he's the best of the best. There have been a small handful of times I've used other companies when I've been in a pinch when Allen was unavailable and the results were not the same . Capri Carpet is always my go to company. You won't find better.

I've used Capri for my house and rentals. They treat pet stains and did a good job even though our stains didn't go all the way away, i was veto pleased because it is an old carpet. The service of the technicians is good. Their appointment setter is an older lady, very nice but a bit absent minded. It didn't affect my opinion because she figures it out and is always very sweet. The owner is a technician, too. The work is good and prices are fair. I will continue to do business with Capri!

Allen and Capri Carpets have been our only carpet cleaners for over 15 years. Allen is amazing at everything he does - carpet cleaning, tile and grout scrubbing, sofa and love seat cleaning, and area rug refreshing. He is very pleasant, friendly, and conscientious in everything that he and his crews do. Capri Carpets are always a tremendous value; as their pricing is in line with others - and is usually lower. If you are looking at getting any carpet cleaning done; I strongly recommend you call Capri!!

I'm a rather private person. I live my life, do my thing, and get unreasonably frustrated every couple of years over some Sacramento busy bodies invasion of my personal space. If you have a busy body in YOUR space and need the carpets cleaned, give Capri a call.
They are quick, professional, and do a great job getting up soda bottle explosions, coffee mishaps, high traffic areas, and pets who have no consideration at where they decide to hock up their hair balls. Thank you, Terry! Great job!

Very nice gentleman showed up right on time. I was told he would be there between 8:30 and 9:00 and he came right at 8:30! He was here for an hour and my carpets look brand new. Pricing was extremely fair-$75 for my living room and hallway. He even put down nice paper to walk on while the carpet dries!

These guys were GREAT! We used them for our final cleaning of our rental in Ventura, after we moved to Simi. It was a very busy time for us, and they helped a great deal by making this experience seamless and stress free. I didn't even have to stay at the rental house with them while they cleaned. I just left them to it. The carpet there was white and we have 3 small dogs so needless to say, it was quite a job and Alan and his team met the task so well that the carpet looked brand new. Pricing was exceptionally fair.

We were told about this company from our neighbor, a non-Yelper.
We were very satisfied and will use them from now on. They got the stains out of the carpet along with a years worth of dirt, and about 10 billion golden retriever hairs, and our couches too! Everything has lost it's golden hue. Recommend.

Let me start by saying I had Capri Carpet Care come out to my home today, after only a one day notice and after comparing prices with about 4 other carpet cleaning companies in Ventura County. I was sooo impressed with the cleaning job that I will definitely be calling again if needed! Jim was the gentleman that helped me and not only was he right on time but he was super quick and efficient. Long story short this was my first carpet cleaning experience and I am extremely pleased!
