These guys were great! They installed a Lennox air conditioner last week and I can't imagine a more knowledgeable, hard-working, and professional team. I was particularly impressed by the extra work they did devising and implementing a plan to get around the less-than-ideal back yard situation. Everyone else we were considering was just going to plop the condenser in the middle of a narrow walkway.
I can't think of anything they could've possibly done better! Our air conditioner stopped working this past weekend (of course as it finally gets hot out). I called a few different companies to come do a service call, but Set Point Mechanical was the only company that was able to come the same day!
The employee that was dispatched to our home was very professional and thorough. He was able to identify the issues with our air conditioner and after a couple hours he had us enjoying frigid air again inside our home! It is never fun when you lose air in your home and it's 90 degrees out. Set Point Mechanical got out to our home quickly, handled everything professionally to get our A/C running again, and the costs were reasonable.

Had to contact them three separate times to get an appointment
this was a home warranty call I had already had it inspected by another AC provider that had given me a diagnosis
Technician showed up made a verbal agreement but his manager would not allow him to put it into writing when I reached out to the Home Warranty company for assistance this company completely denied the claim that setting my repairs back another 3 days
Called to try to leave a message voice box is full very unprofessional have been without air for over a week 4 days since I notified them look somewhere else for AC Service

I am a small business owner in Overland Park, and recently use setpoint to replace and install my HVAC. I would highly recommend them as they diagnosed my mechanical problems and installed a new unit with a few days. Great to work with and willing to look into all my questions that same day.
