An efficient construction process is as important as the end result; thus, in Construction Management we employ in-depth analysis, careful planning and execution of construction in an effort to deliver the most value in a timely fashion. Our Construction Management experiences have enabled us to help owners with challenging projects and ensure the completion of the needs and deadlines of our clients.
From the initial meeting to the project's completion, Wright Construction Company will meet the owners' expectations and goals with an emphasis on maximum results. Our past performance as Design-Builders has proven to owners that one stop shopping is efficient and economical. Wright Construction contracts with a design team to produce a design that encompasses the owner's needs and meets state and local permitting requirements.
Often we are asked to participate in a limited pre-qualified bidder invitation for lump sum contract projects. As a general contractor we take on the entire project responsibility for a lump sum cost and have the responsibility of coordinating the schedule, subcontractor performance, material purchases and delivery, quality control, self performed aspects of the project, safety and project profitability.
Pre-construction services can provide owners with a formal approach for developing scope, cost, and schedule to execute capital projects. Traditionally, Pre-construction involves performing preliminary planning and engineering in order to define the project, identify potential issues, and analyze cost impacts.
