I am SO Grateful to these guys. They were very professional, very reasonable, very fast and there isn't enough room for how wonderful this company is. They also are a family owned business not some corporate company. So their cost is so much more reasonable than the others I called.

The two techs were brothers. The only reason I called them was because they had a $59.95 service fee. After they got to my house, they tried to charge me $225.00 + 59.95 to replace a module. They took the old module with them that had been taken off with them. I feel that they got the new module for free, because they also took my receipt. The ended up charging me $100.00. I feel that they were dishonest with me and didn't honor the coupons they had advertised on their website. They were trying to hustle me. Be careful when you call these HVAC people. They use low service calls to get into your

Kevin and Ash were on time, very professional and courteous, and did not try to upsell us on additional unnecessary services. They were receptive of our unexpected request, at no charge, to review the air flow conditioning needs for our unfinished basement. We highly recommend Lee’s Heating & Air and will refer all of our friends and family to them for their HVAC needs!

I have used Lee's several times since 2019 and every time they squeeze me in the same day, are very kind, knowledgeable, and help me understand what's happening in my home. They talk to you as if they have known you and you're not just a customer. They don't hurry the job, they stay until everything is working correctly. I would not trust or call anyone but them! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

The air conditioner repairmen were very knowledgeable and professional. They were also very kind and patient. I literally followed them around asking questions the entire time they were at my home. They answered every question to my understanding and didn't seem bothered.
