O' Neal and his crew were professionals. They went the extra mile to ensure that the equipment was up to the standards I expected, the installation was professionally installed and they didn't rush when the install was over and it was time to insure the heating and AC were outputting the air properly. This install was a week ago, and while I normally would wait a while longer to post a review for a major project such as this, I would recommend this company if you need an HVAC Installation.

I had several estimates but decided to go with my local company. That was definitely the RIGHT AND BEST CHOICE! They put my AC in the next day for half the cost because they just gave me exactly what I needed and no nonsense extras! Conyers back our business people for an honest deal. I'm ready for the summer for sure!

I had a system for twenty years from another company that never gave me any problems. I was preparing for retirement so I got a new system from this company so I would not have future problems. All I have had since it was installed is problems, as soon as it was installed almost. Now it leaks thru my ceiling and can damage my home. I am also frustrated with customer service. I go away feeling I am the problem and not this system. I am 72 years old and I feel that this company has taken advantage of a senior citizen. Beware before you deal with this company.

I recently bought a home and my thermostat went out. I called a company that sent a rep out that took apart pieces of my furnace and left it, basically lied to me, advising that I needed to replace my furnace and thermostat. I called Omega after seeing an ad. Over the phone, they promised me expert service and quality of work. The rep that came out today did more than deliver. As well as he saved me from spending over $3000 unnecessarily. I'll never use another HVAC Company as long as I live in this area. They definitely gained a long time customer.

My family and I can look forward to a cool summer thanks to Omega Heating and Air. Both of our units had to be replaced. The installation technicians came in and handled business in a timely and professional manner. They were pretty friendly and answered any questions we had.
