Husband took a half day from work to be there for scheduled appointment time. No call, no show. I called the office late afternoon to confirm someone would still be out at some point that afternoon or check if we needed to reschedule for another day. I was assured I would be contacted and updated that afternoon, never received any further contact. We understand things come up in this line of work and appointments get shuffled around, but to never be followed up with or contacted again, incredibly unprofessional.

Terrible service. Purchased a new unit in April 2018 from Reeds Heating and Air Conditioning. If the temperature outside is over 80 degrees, the NEW unit doesn't work properly. It's now August and this company has not made any effort to fix the problem. They haven't even made a service call. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
