We have split units, mini splits, package units and boilers. We can service all makes and models. We can build or design any type of duct work you would need or repair any that you currently have.

I cannot say enough good things about Burns builders and Burns heat and air. They installed a 2 ton split unit (outdoor/indoor unit) with duct work in the newly remodeled section of my home. In addition to this installation, they upgraded my electric panel. Other HVAC installers estimated that I would need a 1.5 ton unit. But Burns insisted that a 2 ton would be perfect for the space and not overwork the unit. They were 100% right. The unit is utilized for a renovated attic space. So it does get extremely hot in the summer. If I had gone with the 1.5 ton unit then it would have been overworking
