This is more for their rental side of their business..
My Daughter just moved out and of course they kept a pretty decent sum of money for cleaning and such. When she moved in we had to re-clean the place because it was terrible, the front door would not latch due to a broken door (I fixed) as well as a closet the door handle that would just fall off.
The towel holder in the bathroom was hanging loose and missing a screw as well as several other repairs I made to made it comfortable to leave my daughter there including fixing blinds and patching a massive amount of holes in the walls and woodwork

We use these guys to help keep our boiler operating at our church. We have had some issues two years in a row. A simple phone call they show up the same morning and got it up and running both times. They have also done work for us on our shop furnace. Equally satisfied with the work done and promptness.
