Our design team had the pleasure of working alongside the TJC team on a client home build and design. We work with a number of builders in the area and elsewhere, and TJC is simply outstanding. They are one of the very best. The team went above and beyond to work closely with us to make sure every detail was perfect for the clients. TJC truly cares about their clients and the quality of the work they do. The entire team was on-point at every stage. Worst contractors I have ever encountered. Save yourself time and money. Use anyone else. They changed contract numbers fraudulently, exceeded budget, went over time by over 2 years for a 10 month job had no job site supervision and failed to complete. The owner is rude, arrogant and chauvinistic. They use sub trades to build custom homes. To give them 1 star is far too much but the receptionist will answer the phone so I guess that's something.

I have had the pleasure to work with with T Jerulle Construction on numerous occasions and can say that they have separated themselves as one of the premier builders in Naples. Not only is their quality superior from most, but their follow through the entire build process is one of the best I have ever seen. Once the home is completed they stand by their product and go above and beyond to make their clients happy. I do and will continue to recommend them.

My interior design firm has worked with T. Jerulle Construction on numerous homes in the past 6 years. Terry and his team are dedicated, focused and do top quality construction.
