We'll sit down and figure out your wants and needs for your new home and begin sketching and planning what your layout is going to look like. We then take your ideas to one of our trusted architects to really flesh out the design, taking into account the layout and restrictions of your home site. Before we start building, we'll give you a timeline of targeted selection dates that support the construction time.
