Jack's carpet did it a great job on our carpet. From the first time we walked in to the store we were met with professionalism and courtesy. Dave did a great job of explaining things to us, and had a remarkable amount of patience while we made our decision. Dave was very fourth coming with us about the delta to expect due to covid operations at the factory and kept us updated the throughout the entire process. Jack was extremely helpful during our measurement visit and complied to every request. The installers were extremely thorough, professional, and courteous. I would definitely recommend

Trash employees and trash company. they require full payment before carpet installation, then lie and give every excuse under the sun to postpone installation and then start ignoring you and stop returning phone calls. this is a family owned business of thieves. do yourself a favor and stay FAR FAR AWAY!

I'm a real estate professional and my client agreed to put in new carpet before closing for the buyer. They promised to show them only a builder grade carpet that was in stock. They made the situation extremely difficult by selling them on upgraded options.
Then- promised next day install. Didn't happen, and ultimately delayed closing. There is a huge disconnect between the show floor and the warehouse and everyone points fingers.
Asked for copies of paid receipts multiple times- had to wait for the manager to get in. Seems ridiculous that anyone who works there can't pull

Following the Harvey flood, Jack's was recommended to us by our contractor. We placed an order for carpet and were told we would have the carpet installed within the next week. It's been 7 weeks now, and we've received several phone calls rescheduling our installation as the carpet we chose wasn't in stock at the store. Then it WAS in stock, and now it's not in stock because it was "returned to the warehouse", though we're sure the carpet hasn't even been ordered. Man from the store came quickly and we picked out tile before Easter. Was told that installation would be 2 weeks out and we would get a call. Did not get a call so I called. Was told installation would be in 2 weeks on a Friday and would a call the day before. Did not get a call the day before so I called. Was told would be there on Friday at 10:00 a.m. Do one showed up. I called and was told they had an emergency in the family and would not be there until Monday. I had to change my scheduled electrician from coming on Monday until Tuesday. Was told install would be about 2 weeks out from the time we purchased, and that I would receive a call to get in scheduled soon. Two weeks are almost up so I call, they say no, it's 4 weeks out, and would call me to schedule at that time. Again, no call so I call again. They say it's in but earliest they can install is 2 weeks out. Schedule it for Mar 2 (6 weeks from original purchase) again told I would get a call the day prior to give me a set time.
