I have been a loyal customer of Russ for a couple of years now. He was just at my house yesterday for another clog (old pipes and kids don't mix well). Once again he was prompt, he communicated with me so I knew exactly when he would arrive and he cleaned up after the job too. His prices can't be beat. You won't be disappointed. :)

We got the information on Yelp about Russell's Plumbing, and I want to pass on the favor. He called us the very afternoon I messaged him, and came here to a rural location the next morning. Our leaking water heater was the issue, and while he could have told us we need a new one for $800 or so, he was able to fix and weld the piping for a Fraction of the price. I will recommend him to one and all.

I was in the middle of a relocation for my work, and was on an extremely tight timeframe. After my inspection from the company assuming my property, I had two weeks before I moved out of state. Knowing this, he came same day. Very professional, friendly, personable, reasonably priced, and honest. A year ago, he installed a water heater for my family and he was very reasonable and great service. We also had him move a gas line for our kitchen remodel and he did it very quickly in the dates we needed it done. Today, we called him with a backed up sink and bad sump pump. He fixed both within two hours and he is very courteous and prompt. We would highly recommend him, in fact we did to my Mother who also has used him. He is a certified plumber so don't trust anyone else.

Our basement flooded with about six inches of water. We spent about 2 hours with a shop vac, and we thought we would get the rest of the job done quickly ourselves.
