Judy Construction Company was formed in 1974 in Cynthiana, Kentucky by Larry Judy. Larry formed JCC after years of leading a large-scale heavy civil construction team at Hinkle Contracting. After 39 years at the helm, in 2013 Larry succeeded his position of President to his son Steve.

In 1986, we began to realize a shift in revenue concentration in the construction water and wastewater treatment facilities. Since our inception, we have completed more than 200 water wastewater treatment projects.
