I had Brian's crew install LVP in my home. They showed up when they said they would and installed in floors and baseboards in 3 days. However the issue was that one of the baseboard seams was not even. I texted Brian multiple times but absolute zero response - called his office and they said they would follow up with me but never did. Really wrapped up on a sour note. You'd think you get at least a response after spending close to 20k.

This company has very poor to no communication and charge you for services they did not provide.Sherry is the worst. She rescheduled our original appointment at the last minute with one story and next day gave us another excuse. She doesn't tell the truth and has poor communication always trying to push problem off to someone else.We were scheduled to have flooring installed and was told it would take 3 days. We moved out all the furniture in all rooms to make it easier for Flohr. The day before installation was to start a man showed up with the flooring wanting us to store it in our garage

This was the second time we used Flohr, and for this job we used them to install wood floors in three bedrooms - hoping to match the existing flooring throughout the house. We ran into delays with the shipment, had some communication issues with Sales, and unfortunately did not get a great match on the floor color. Some of the issues we ran into were definitely due to COVID, but most of it could have been avoided with better communication and follow through (for example, we were repeatedly promised that they would drop off a sample, but they never did - hence the colors not matching well). I had a flooring project that began in March. We had tile replaced by Brian and his team. Prior to the project being started, Brian was communicative, and helpful. I was looking forward to the project being completed. We were out of town while it was being replaced, which sounded great until we got back and the grout color was completely wrong. Not even close to the correct color. After addressing the issue with Brian, he was difficult to get a hold of for correction. After some time, the grout issue was resolved. Second time using Flohr and this experience has been truly awful. Granted there have been COVID concerns, they are now officially back in business and will not complete my project. They are currently taking on new jobs, but refusing to finish my half completed project (even though I have fully paid). I call and leave messages with various individuals, but receive no response. 2 months of incomplete flooring is infuriating.

We engaged Flohr to do our floor tiling and carpet in a newly bought house. Brian was a great partner in this endeavor using his knowledge, insights and evolving standards/style. He doesn't intrude or impose but will respond with great ideas when you have questions or want some brainstorming. His carpet team was immaculate in their work. They covered a huge part of our house and did it flawlessly in quick time. His tiling team overcame challenges with the chosen tile (12x24 Cotton with square edge that posed some issues at the seams) but they came back repeatedly to resolve the issues. The

I had some issues to be dealt with and Sherry called me immediately and set an appointment to resolve my concerns.
By the way...I have had my vinyl floor planks now for 7 months and my floors look great.
Once the issue is resolved with my area rug I plan on coming back to Flohr when it comes time to replace my bedroom carpeting.

Absolute trash of a company. Highly unprofessional. If you’re even able to get in contact with someone they will not know the answer to your question. Took about 8 months to work done? That’s ridiculous! You give your first payment and bam you’re locked in with them! They try to over charge you at first and then go with the “cheaper than competitors” prices and come to find out, they pay their workers less than half of the regular rate! Cheap pay=Cheap work. You’re much better off with literally any company.

I recently had carpet removed and replaced with hardwood floors for a staircase and an adjoining upstairs room. I worked with David Haskell, who was AMAZINGLY KIND and DILIGENT in every aspect. He helped match my existing, downstairs hardwood floors to a "T". I cannot express how easy and thorough the entire process was, and I was fortunate to have a highly skilled installer by the name of Oscar. The installation was from 7AM - 1:30PM

Flohr is AWESOME! I've worked with Katrina and found them to be super experienced and knowledgeable. Katrina has probably forgotten more about this stuff than most flooring experts know in their entirety. While I can't afford the super fancy inlay wood floors they can do :), they look amazing and really showcase what they are capable of. On top of that, they came in less expensive than all other quotes I received.

Flohr installed new luxury vinyl flooring and I couldn't be happier.
David Haskell was very professional, patient with all my questions and steered me in the right direction.
Oscar and the installation team were awesome and took great care with my furniture and clean up. The flooring was completed in one day.

Terrible. After working with Sherry for over 2 months, and being assured that they would come out to my house 3 different times, I still do not have a bid.
The last appointment was missed because of a death in the family, which I understand. But still, someone could have called me to let me know that no one was going to make it.

I hired Flohr to replace a water damaged carpet at my office. Katrina at Flohr was able to get me a close match to my existing carpet, order the carpet quickly, and install a great carpet without disrupting my office for an entire day.

I hired Brian Pousson with FLOHR multiple times, starting several years ago and I am surprised I have not submitted a review of his great work until now. Brian installed all the flooring, shower and tub surrounds and kitchen backsplash walls for a guest house several years ago. That was when I first noticed his attention to detail. As an example, the backsplash line in the kitchen was not up to his level of acceptance and he made his guys remove and correct it, even though I could not tell it was off a little.

Flohr installed carpet and ceramic tile in our home for a reasonable price. I would have gladly paid a little more to a different company had I known what the finished product would look like.
The salesman was easy to work with, and accommodated our last minute additions to the work order. The work crews arrived on time and finished the job ahead of schedule.
Our new floor joy was short lived when we noticed a grimy haze over the new tiles that was impossible to clean off. We contacted Flohr and had the installation manager come over to see it for himself. My husband endured a long and awkward

I contacted several contractors before our move to set up appointments to get a quote to change carpet to hardwood floor and change carpet in our bedrooms. Brian has been great in keeping the communication up even before out appointment. He has been checking on us if we have time to visit his store and see some samples as well as confirming our appointment which I very much appreciated as we were so busy with our move and getting the house ready.
