Well the plumber was great. He was very nice and was able to fix the problem quickly. He also shared alot of info and tips about my water heater. The problem is how the company charges you. When I called I was informed there was a $69 service charge. I had no problem with that. What they didn't tell me was that there was $200 flat rate charge which I have never heard of. The plumber spent about 1 hour of his time buying a small inexpensive part and repairing the water heater and my bill came to $290 for an hour. That is flat out robbery. So even though I liked the plumber, I will not use them again

The worst customer service I have ever had. This was my situation. I filed a claim through my home warrantee on a property I have in another state and was given their contact information and a work order number. Per my warrantee company they randomly choose a plumber from there list and the company would call me within 24 hours to schedule the repair. The company never called me so I contacted them. They told me she never received the work Oder and would have to call me back that day. I never received a call back and called them back two days later. They told me I was on their list to call
