We were trying to replace a shower head but the very old shower arm was stuck and we didn't want to break the pipe so we called Sharp's plumbing. They came out and would not give any indication as to how much it would cost but because they were there and I needed this to be done (and I couldn't have imagined that it would have been so expensive) I had them remove the stuck shower arm. The new shower arm extender I had did not fit, so they said they could come back as soon as I got a new one and just attach it. Two of our toilets were making a noise I can only describe as "trumpeting," and the other one was coming loose at its base. Brent found the problem in the floats and replaced them, and tightened down the loose one and replaced the caulking around the base. Have not had any issues since! Very grateful for his quick response and his work!

These guys were the best. I decided to go local after I discovered my 20yo water heater had sprung a small leak, and the home depot website had some operator from a 1-800 service place call me after a day. Brent called me back the same day I called, within an hour, and due to good circumstances on my behalf they were able to come out right away. Not only were Donny and Brent complete professionals, but they were fast. To top it all off I figure they saved me some money too. Thanks for making me look good to the wife and family. You guys deserve more stars.

I am so thankful for Brent at Sharps plumbing for coming out and replacing our hot water heater on such short notice. With this hot weather and a houseful of teenage boys I’m happy everybody is able to shower again 😊 He was kind, professional and very patient with extremely reasonable rates. I’ve worked with Riley the other owner in the past and he has been excellent to work with as well. I highly recommend Sharps Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs.

Called plumbers in area as our sink started leaking out the cupboard below. Sharps was the first to call back. They came out the same day and had to replace the whole faucet. They were very efficient and had a new faucet in quickly. My husband and I appreciate the quick response and now we can use our sink immediately and don't have to wait. Keep up the great work. Will definitely recommend them to anyone

I called Sharp's Plumbing when I noticed water leaking onto my basement floor every time I turned on my outdoor hose. As a new homeowner and new to the area, I wasn't sure who to call, so I just googled "Plumber Saint Helens." Sharp's had good reviews on Google and a professional looking website, and they answered the phone when I called, which is a huge plus! Brent is a terrible plumber. His work is shootie at best. We put in a whole new bathroom, and because we knew his parents, gave him the work. HUGH mistake. It's been going on three years and we have had nothing but problems with the plumbing. We have called him a few dozen times to fix his work, and he has his wife tell us to call someone else. I'll bathe in chit before I call Sharps Plumbing for anything.

I created an account just to review these guys. I should have read the reviews before calling, but they are one of the few outfits that pop up when you search for Hot Water Heater Repair in St. Helens and they were the first people to call back.

I was on vacation across the country when my water heater failed. When I returned home I began looking for someone to help me get the situation resolved.
The guys at Sharps were able to come out the same day - they gave me an estimate and when I was at work the next day they replaced my water heater and also hauled out an old water softening machine from my garage that came with the house when I bought it.
Price-wise, maybe it could have been better, but I was just happy it was resolved so quickly.
My only issue at this point is that they never gave me an invoice, so I'm going to have

We contacted Sharp's and had them do some work for us and were very very pleased. That was the first time, we called and they came very timely. We had another project that needed to be completed in a timely manner as we had out of town company coming. We called everyday for a week, left messages but never got a response which led us to believe they did not want or need our business. Very disappointed as we were very pleased with their original job.

Called them to help with a bathroom remodel. Brent, the owner, and his "assistant" Bill came out. They measured a few things, cut and capped 4 lines (just enough to stop all my other work until this was fixed), and said they would have to come back. This was on Friday, and they said they would call Monday to arrange a time to come finish. Fifteen minutes later, they called and said they wanted to get paid for the work they had done, and required payment on a daily basis. He said the bill for today is $347.00. My wife dropped off a check that same day. Monday comes and goes... Nothing

We were noting an increase in our water bill and could not discern the problem. We called Sharp's Plumbing and they came out. They said the leak was from a flapper with a hole in it. They replaced the flapper and charged over $187. I am more than willing to pay for quality work yet their work was completely subpar and their customer service non-existent. They checked the tanks in two bathrooms, removed items on the backs of the tanks and left

We have used the services of a few plumbing companies over the years, but Riley Baker and Sharp's plumbing are by far the best we have come across. Riley is prompt, knowledgeable, and very reasonable on prices. Riley works fast, but took the time to answer any questions we had. By far, the best plumber we have come across. We have had him at our home for two jobs and will not hesitate to call him again.
