I was given an estimated date of service and notice the day before. They were great. New roof, removed one layer of roofing - came to do estimate when scheduled estimate much less than other estimates, came on time, finished in one day.

was great working with Micheal. He’s very professional and extremely polite. He gave me a quote for the replacement of my roof within 24hours. He called to give the date the repair could take place and after it was completed he inspected it to make sure I was satisfied with the work. The Contractors were on time, efficient and had the work completed in 8hrs. The cleaned up any materials and nails that had fallen in the driveway. Very satisfied customer and would hire again for other repairs.

After reading the reviews, I'm pleased and convinced to have chosen Mario's roofing for my windows and sliding door replacement. Although there was a glitch in delivering the wrong part, the crew went above and beyond to obtain the right part , and complete the workwithin the estimated timeframes provided.

Mario's Roofing did an excellent job ordering and installing our new skylight for our master bedroom. You would never know they were even there because they left the workspace area immaculate. The price they quoted was the price that we paid. I would highly recommend them.

Had a leak near the chimmeny of our roof. Called a few companies to come out and give us quotes on repair/new roof. After talking to and meeting Dan we felt they were the best fit for our needs. They asked for only 10% down unlike others who were asking for 1/3 down. Within 2 weeks they were here to give us a new roof. They arrived at 7:30am and were out of here by 3:30pm. They stripped the roof, took car of the area around the chimmeny, put down the new shingles and cleaned up the yard. We had many of our neighbors tell us how great out roof looked. I would highly recommend Mario's to anyone.

Tim was AWFUL! Tim checked out of the project the second he took our deposit! He seemed to know what he was talking about but when the job was done the pictures will reflect their work.
There is ZERO communication! We were very unhappy with the finish they did. And we were left wondering if they were coming back to finish. It wasn't until we refused to pay the bill that they returned our responses of the sent pictures of the stuff that was left looking like c**p .
NOTHING was covered and crew left property damaged and unclean.

Mario's was fantastic to work with from the quote to completion. Our house badly needed and exterior face lift, new siding and new gutters. Mario's crew did a great job and worked extremely hard in some less than ideal weather. We have had many compliments on how the house looks and the quality of the work done.

Very impressed with Mario's roofing. Right from the beginning of the process, Mario's were very responsive, punctual, courteous and professional.
It took them one day to install the roof, they started at 6:30am and were done by 6pm. They did a very thorough job installing the roof and clean up was meticulous. A big thanks to Team Mario's for a job well done.

These people have been stringing me along for months.
They have made appointments to come out and do my work several times, and they never show up.
They tried to pressure me into removing my earlier bad review -- I told them I would be happy to amend it when they had actually completed the work. They promised they would come "in a few days," but that was over a month ago.

Had an excellent experience with Mario's roofing. Our roof was damaged in a windstorm that lasted two days. Mario's came out and put a temporary roof covering up for us within hours of us calling. They did this during the windstorm just before the heavy rains came and saved us from further damage. They then worked with our insurance company to get them to pay the full repair cost (our insurance initially under quoted us by $4k!). Overall it was an excellent experience and we're happy with our new roof. It was finished in one day and they left our property nice and clean.

I requested a quote for soffit and fascia updates to a simple colonial single family home. The 1st sales person sent to the residence by the company bragged about the company's expansion plans and never measured or took notes on the work requested.
I called the company for them to send another roofer to give an in person quote... The company sends another sales representative. Again.. no notes taken for the work being requested. All he did was complain that it was cold outside.

Had several shingles blow off my roof. They refused to do a repair...fair enough...They would only quote for a new roof...$33,000.00!!!!!!!!......Had the roof repaired by another company for $250.00. Their quote to replace the roof, which they said I did not need, was $17,000.

After getting other quotes to replace my roof, I chose Mario's Roofing based on their price and detailed quote. I believe I made the right choice. Tim came and provided me with an quote very quickly. Contract signed on Saturday and the roofing crew started work on Thursday. The crew did a great job putting a new roof and left the area very clean.The work was high quality, it was finished in 1 day and within the quoted budget. We would hire Mario's roofing without hesitation.

Lost some shingles in high winds last weekend. On referral from a friend who owns several properties, called Mario's Roofing, Siding & Windows on Monday morning. Asked if they could check on the roof integrity and, if compromised, make repairs ASAP because of big snow storm expected Tuesday. They came in the afternoon, found some issues and made the necessary repairs right away. We were new customers for them and I was quite impressed with their friendly professionalism, willingness to assist on such short notice, and reasonable cost for an unscheduled repair late in the day. Called for repair estimate and sales guy shows up. I know I am in trouble when the person shoes up with no ladder...anyhow, I explain my repair needs, he then says "we don't do repairs". This is although they clearly advertise they do repair work.
Clearly they go around trying to see if they can sell a whole roof. I tell him this and he admits that is the case. As one last test, I ask him what it would take to replace a small part of my roof where I got quotes for $500. He tells me $2000, without looking at it. Clearly a rip off type of place.

Wow, sorry, Vlad . . we had quite the opposite experience. WE never dealt with a "Stephen;" Darren handled everything and all was handled well. Mario's roofing have performed 5 different jobs for us and they are our "go-to" company for roofing and siding. Prompt, courteous service and their prices were reasonable. We always get three estimates before we make any deals and we always end up back with Mario's.
