We had 3 needs: Gutters, Bulkhead, and Large Kitchen slider door replacement. Reliable performed as advertised! We were not disappointed. The estimation process to scope the work was efficient. The coordinators in the back-office were highly effective and communicative in providing estimates as well as timeline updates. We were 100% satisfied with the gutters installation-and seamless(!); the Bulkhead install was such a professional job; and the large Anderson slider replacement was a major project but the install crew was all over it. Due to service supply delays these days, we knew the 3 deliverables

We used Reliable Roofing, Siding and Windows on a rehab we did in Taunton, they installed a new roof, replacing a lot of rotted boards as well. Rob was great right from the start, always available to answer questions. Started and finished the work as promised. When we needed a few extra shingles to cover up a vent we forgot remove before having the roof done, Rob got a bundle and didn't charge us for them. We would recommend Reliable Roofing, Siding and Window.

During these busy times, Rob reached out promptly and was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and responsive throughout the projects he managed. This included a new roof, deck and two exterior doors. The Vinyl siding is not listed, which was an excellent job, our house is looking new thanks to the very good work that the guys did, and the garage too, just awesome work. My experience with Reliable was fantastic! They sent out a roofer to check out our situation who provided great insight and didn't try to sell or push anything (and in fact talked me out of an option based on his experience). The salesperson was not pushy at all, came out and took measurements, and submitted a bid for review which was lower than others received for the same job.

We purchased windows from Reliable to replace some older ones in our house. The ordering process was very easy, and Carol worked with us to get the look that we wanted. We had some changes after placing the initial order, and there were no issues getting a revised quote. We have an older home and it required some unexpected carpentry work to frame in the opening for the replacement windows in our living room. The carpenters from Reliable did an excellent job framing and installing the new windows. They also replaced all the interior and exterior trim for all the windows. They did a great job, professional

Needed another roofer to come out to fix a leak in our kitchen after the last company was unable to fix it. Called Reliable Roofing after reading several positive reviews. Spoke to the owner who came out to our home within an hour of our initial call. He was able to figure out the cause of the leak quickly. His crew was at our house early the next morning to repair it. Highly recommend them. Their customer service is amazing.

We needed a new roof on our house but weren’t sure who to use locally. After reading the reviews of several other companies, we were sold on Reliable. Rob came out, gave us an estimate, and helped us decide on what would be the best product for us. His crew installed the Certainteed Landmark Pro which apparently has a 50 year warranty. The price was well under the estimate we got from a competitor, but we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. We get so many compliments on our new roof, and refer everyone we can to Reliable.

Carol, Rob and the entire team are wonderful to work with. They provide high quality materials, top quality installation all at a very fair price. After having 2 doors and a slider replaced which I was very happy with, I called them again when I needed a new roof. I can’t say enough great things about this company They were fast, efficient and very clean. The crew that did my project were here every morning around the same time. They kept me informed the entire time… and were so respectful. Our project consisted of new vinyl siding, gutters, shutters, a bay window and a full view storm door. Do not use this company!! I personally was hired to do a job for this company and they refuse to pay. When you ask them for payment they try to back charge for things that they told me they would provide for free and they use any excuse not to pay!!! They then tried to use the final payment as a way to keep me from reporting them on the Better Business Bureau!! They even back charge companies for other contractors mistakes!!! Do you use them!!! I have all this in writing as proof for any one interested in viewing how they operate!!
