We had recently remodeled our downstairs bathroom, and the toilet was working great for about a month. When it started acting up, I gave this company a call. Jack came out and looked at it. They got it running again (plunged it); however it was still acting weird when it was flushed. I was assured that this was because of the toilet design (was not sold). If it would be possible to give zero stars I would. Very rude, hung up the phone on me. Will not be giving them my business now or ever and will be sure to let others know as well. I called to ask for a quote and was told "Yea, I'm going to pass" and was hung up on.

Dislike giving poor reviews as it can hurt a business, but gotta be honest. Justin and Jack came to fix a pair of leaky faucet handles. They arrived just a bit late (10 mins no worries) and then left to go buy parts for about 40 mins. They returned and fixed my faucet in no time (10 mins). They then charged me $187, $120 of which was for an hour and a half of labor. I questioned that and told them they were only here one hour and at least 40 of that was “drive time”. I was happy to pay for an hour of service but felt that charging me $40 because they were running the clock out was wrong.

Caution Caution! I don’t know who is giving these people good reviews, but they are scammers do not let them repair anything in your home! If you do you will regret it. They came to my house and took my money and didn’t repair anything they patch it up good enough to get out of sight. I don’t even think they are a real business. When I called them to come back. They said no and when I ask for his name he me why am I asking him questions like that. The plumbers are excellent at what they do. They answered all of our questions thoroughly and they arrived on time. They got the job done very professionally and we have not had anymore issues with our leaky pipes under the house since! Definately will be using them for all of our plumbing needs! We Very highly recommend them to everyone!
