I waited for 2.5 weeks, trying to get a plumber out to look at my bathtub faucet. We had to use the guest bath because the water was turned off in the master bath. Finally called Ace. She was out that afternoon and had everything fixed in a very short amount of time. Very professional and timely! Thanks, Ace!!

I was awoke by a frantic GF exclaiming, "THE WATER HEATER IS LEAKING EVERYWHERE!" In less than 6 hours I had a new water heater installed, all new piping and gas lines, and drain pan. Couldn't ask for more. Plus, DJ took the extra step of re-doing some of the fittings for added serviceability as well as relocating the pressure relief tank so it's weight would not affect anything long term. Would recommend.

Came to snake and gave me a price for the job then told me (after the job was done, without mentioning this while I was standing there watching them do it) that there's an extra $20 because they had to get an extension cable for their snake and said that it's going to wear it down by using it. Your overheads are your problem! You shouldn't be giving people surprise charges to cover costs that your business is responsible for.

Not only did Ace not fix the clogged drain but they left without telling anyone and left a complete mess. The drains slowly drained before. Now they don’t drain at all. The bathroom was clean before they got there. After they left, my shower was filled with black water, black stuff all over the floors, and everything under my bathroom cabinet was ruined. When I called to see what happened all they could say was that they couldn’t unclog the drain. They wouldn’t do anything about it and did not send anyone to clean the huge mess.
