There were no surprises, all his workers were friendly and professional, and their work product was perfect, priced very well, and backed by an exceptional warranty. Contacted this business for a roof inspection. Terry the salesman contacted me. I advised Terry it is a 2 story building and it needs a long ladder. Ever since I said that, I don't hear from Terry any more. I followed up several days later, Terry said he needs to borrow a ladder from a foreman so he can stop by. He advised me to contact him the following day. I did, no answer. I am wondering what kind of roofing company is this when there is no ladder? It is clear Terry may think the project is small and does not meet their $10,000 minimum. If this were the case, the only thing Terry needs to do
