Within an hour of having my request answered, Will was here to look at my busted potty. He gave me several options for repair and then completed the repair quickly. Pretty sure he left my bathroom cleaner than he found it ! Very professional and was very impressed with his quick response on Christmas Eve! Definitely recommend! Thanks again Will!

They did have to reschedule my original appointment due to an emergency. They showed up in a timely manner for the rescheduled appointment. The plumber was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem and left the area cleaner than when he started. Overall a satisfactory experience. I would use them again.

Horrible, horrible, horrible!!! If I could give them 0 stars, I definitely would! Reliability Home replaced and installed a new garbage disposal for my home a year ago for a whopping $800+. The garbage disposal started leaking a few days ago and because of the price gouging from Reliability Home, we brought in a different plumber. He informed us the garbage disposal Reliability Home installed was done incorrectly and they were missing screws needed to even hold the disposal up. The screws were just left to the side. I will NEVER book this company again and I suggest everyone else find a different

The company was responsive. Will did a great job! He repaired the corroded drain, replaced the faucet and shut off valves under the sink. He was knowledgeable, efficient and left my home clean. Very nice guy! Definitely recommend.

Unfortunately it seems as though this company is a hit-or-miss when it comes to repairing your HVAC equipment. Around the end of April 2021, my air conditioning was not cooling as it would normally and I called… Reliability Home because they fix my heat one time before and it went well. I even purchased their tune up warranty. Knowing I have a tune up pending I asked them to do the tune up and also see what was going on with my air as it wasn't getting cool. The time comes and the one tech did the "tune up" and also gave me the news that I had very little refrigerant and most likely there

Boiler had 2 leaks. They quoted me $3,000 to get the leaks fixed. I called another plumber and they did it for $290..

To be fair you are leaving out all the additional work that is needed to get your Boiler running like new. Boilers can last for a long time but they do need maintenance and repair work. Just like anything with a motor. Glad you were able to find a cheap guy to repair your water leaks. Make sure you keep his number for when your boiler isn’t heating this winter.

The job was to repair or replace a tub/shower faucet that was not installed properly by a handy man. The faucet did not allow for enough hot water to flow to take a warm shower, and the water pressure coming from the shower head was very poor. I had a different plumbing company come to fix this in the past, and they were unable to do it. The office staff returned my initial request for service immediately. The person on the phone was also polite, listened carefully, and was very informative. Matt, the technician, arrived on time, and immediately put on shoe covers to protect my flooring before

David was very professional and while he was here to conduct routine maintenance on our heating system I explained that one of our radiators did not function at all last winter. He made some adjustments but recommended a visit from the service tech and scheduled one to come out same day. After he left however I kept the system on and noticed that not only did all of our radiators come on upstairs but the one that had not worked for more than a year was now functioning! Whatever he did… fixed the problem! Great job!

Once again Reliability Home Services saved the day when my HVAC system went down yesterday. They came out first thing this morning and got it back up and running. Highly recommended HVAC company. They have decent pricing and are honest, no over charges for parts you don’t need. The technicians are also very friendly and polite. All around great… company!!

I thought the customer service was great when scheduling an appointment around the closing of our home. Once scheduled, the appointment was moved. I then received a call during the time of the appointment that the technician would not be able to make it. The appointment was rescheduled for the following day with an appointment time provided by Reliability. I received two calls on the morning of the appointment. One to confirm and the second to cancel within 15 minutes of confirming. I was told the technician had a big job that would take all day. I made no other appointments and would not recommend

Asked Reliability Home to visit and inspect our very old and non-functioning whole home humidifier. Reliability provided several options, ranging from $300 all the way to $1500. Some options involved repairing our existing humidifier and others involved installing various grades of new humidifiers. We were overwhelmed by having so many options to chose from. We just wanted a simple answer...was it even possible or worth it to attempt a repair? Or did it make more sense to install a new one? The tech refused to provide advice one way or another. We used Reliability Home to install our HVAC system in 2017 and they've been great at doing regular tune-ups every six months since then. We've always been happy with the company and the technicians and have even referred a couple friends.
But the last couple weeks are what prompted this review. Our heat went out the Sunday after Thanksgiving. They sent a technician, Robert, out that night and he was great. A couple parts had to be ordered so he left us with some space heaters. They got the part overnighted a two days later we had heat. Yay!

Weird this company has no reviews? I actually found them through home advisor because a few hvac companies I found via yelp did not do the work that I needed. Reliability came to my home twice. The first time they came it was a $99 inspection fee which was much cheaper then the $170 an hour and then another amount per hour after that another company wanted to charge me! Reliability was on time also- a huge plus for me! My only issue is the first time they came to my condo they looked at the wrong unit and I was told I would have to pay $106 per gallon of Freon to refill something that was
