I have a bad situation with water damage, and need to restore my carpet after water damage restoration was done. I looked up on yelp, and luckily found Sam. Sam has been very helpful, responding promptly to my problem. After consulting with a few other vendors, I decided to go with Sam, and was very happy with the results. Sam sent Alfredo, who did a great job installing the carpet. Excellent work, and highly recommended!

On the morning right before New Year, my mom said, "Lets get new dining chairs for the New Year." I thought it would take forever since my mom is pretty picky about the material, color, and price. Randomly I searches on Yelp and found this place with low price relevant. It is a HUGE store with so many options of all kind furniture. Nathan was the one helping us looking for the best dining chairs which matches our dining table's color/ material. I didn't expect we could get it done after 15' which rarely happened to my mom when she goes furniture shopping lol.

Not even a year has gone by after the new carpet was installed and its already loose and needed retightening. They sent 1 person w his wife worked on the carpet in the hallway but didnt do the adjacent room. Few days later the loose carpet on the adjacent room showed. Now the carpet in the stairs needs retightening. The carpet installer is not a pro. They are cheap but u get whay you pay. I 'LL NEVER GO TO THE STORE AGAIN. DONT WASTE UR MONEY HERE

5 stars on price & delivering ahead of schedule! Keep in mind I had my own installer and just purchased my carpet & pad at Sam's. Don't walk in here expecting top notch customer service but if you have an idea of what you're looking for- they can guide you in the right direction and their prices are great as I compared to other big box carpet providers in the South Bay.

Went shopping for a livingroom set today. Sam's was my 3rd stop. I walked in looked around for about 10 mins before the lady came out. She asked if I needed any help and I told her no, I'm just looking. I sat on a couch the lady stayed within 5 ft from me as I walked around the store. After the 5th stop(looking at dressers too) I told her I'll come find her if she has something to do. Again she followed me around then I got irritated and told her it's not like ima pick up a couch and walk out. I'll come find you! She told me she had to stay with me to answer any questions

Worse place ever. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I went there to ask them for there least expensive carpet, which ended up being 2 something a square foot. The guy was not friendly at all, he looked like he made up a number on the top of his head, considering he pulled out his phone and looked at it not even using his caculator. Completely unprofessional, factoring also that he was gossiping in Vietnamese about how we are dirty indians. And the woman there im thinking was maybe his wife was laughing at that fact. Sam's removed old carpet and installed new carpet for me in three bedrooms. I got what he claimed to be the best padding. I wasn't home at the time of installation, and as I was told neither was he. When I walked through afterwards there were stains on the carpet in two of the rooms, and later when I walked on the carpet barefoot I noticed I could feel lumps through the carpet.

This store is located off Quimby Rd, opposite of Eastridge Mall. Parking is available on the side. Went in today looking for home theater recliner x 3. They did have two seaters on display but no three seaters with cup-holders. They leave you free to wander but are on hand to offer information and advice.
The ladies are friendly and will offer you many catalogs to look through. They have lots of catalogs (Coaster, Ashley, etc) which you can browse through.
Its a little hit and miss on the catalogs as you have to know exactly what you are looking for, dimensions, type of leather, etc. But if

I found Sam through a neighbor whose family is also in the home remodeling business. My neighbor had some laminate flooring work done by Sam's team that I was very impressed with... I was impressed with the competitive cost as well as the excellent work. They were the CHEAPEST COST in town for ANY projects I've done at our home.
They did a fast job, and they respected my home by cleaning up and not leaving any messes.

We have had quite a bit of work done and purchased several pieces of furniture from Sam's Carpet and Furniture.
A crew installed tile in our kitchen and two custom-made cabinets. Another crew installed hardwood floors for us. Both crews were professional, friendly, and efficient. The work they produced was wonderful. The Mohawk hardwood floors are gorgeous.
We also purchased several pieces of furniture from Sam's which were delivered and moved in very carefully. There was no delivery charge.
The family-owned aspect of this business was a big draw for us and customer service was

Definitely a hole in the wall furniture store across from Eastridge mall. We needed a new TV stand and a dinette set and decided to check this out on our way to dinner. Showroom is nothing to brag about, but like most Asian owned furniture stores, they have an abundance of catalogs you can look through.
Our decision to purchase from this place was mainly because of the customer service. It seems to be family owned. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted. We were left alone to browse and when we were ready to be assisted, they were very helpful and not at all pushy.
