MORRISON CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC., started in 1987, working primarily as a concrete contractor until 2002. In March of 2000, we signed an agreement with USG to place their underlayments, licensed to serve Northern California, from Bakersfield to the Oregon border excluding North & South Lake Tahoe.

USG Levelrock Brand Floor Underlayment Primer is ideal for all types of commercial and residential applications. This fast-drying, low odor primer resists mold and Is available in concentrated, powdered and ready mix formulations and Is engineered and manufactured by USG.
1 CONTRACT AND APPENDIX 1-A - Contract and appendix 1-A is signed. 2 TESTING FOR MOISTURE CONTENT - Prior to pouring a gypsum floor over a concrete subfloor a CALCIUM CHLORIDE TEST must be performed. Proof of test results must be provided to FLATLINE FLOORS. Results must be equal to or less than 3 lbs per 1000 sq.

The folks I talked to are very nice and patient. I contacted them to give me a quote to level the concrete slab in Mid October. Dave visited my house in early Nov, he was very kind and spent an hour on the site to help me figure out the scope of project and give me many useful tips, and they later followed me up with more suggestions and a more detailed cost estimation.

I can't believe I get to be the first to review these guys! I had a chance to work with Ephraim. All I really needed was a few bags of gypsum concrete floor underlayment (aka Gypcrete) to repair some flooring in my condo due to flood. I did not expect to meet the god of gypsum concrete floor underlayment himself. Talking to Ephraim makes you wish for future floods just so you can go by some more gypsum cement from him. He took the time to carefully explain why he recommended a product, how to install it, and answer all my technical questions about it. Really great experience overall.

Jeff and Co are truly professionals, as good as you can get. I have contacts with many contractors and Jeff attitude and approach is at the top. He and his crew have leveled my two level concrete floor. When crew came to do the work, after pouring material, it turned out not to be "workable". It was getting hard too fast. Jeff worked with material supplier on issue and did not charge me for performed work. So crew had to come second time to complete job.
