No return call or response to email. Poor communication...I guess to busy?

Christian owned & operated business. Don’s knowledge comes from many years in the HVAC business. They went out of their way to save me money by capturing the refrigerant from my old unit and reusing in my new furnace. I’ll never call another company but Yerkes!

Had issue with AC freezing up. They had a technician out first thing the next day. John quickly diagnosed the issue and had us up and running in about an hour. He also told me what to look out for in the future. Great technician!

I've had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Yerkes for 15 years. He just replaced my heat pump and I'm pleased. Mr Yerkes is an honorable man and stands by his work and equipment. He is a pleasure to deal with, very responsive.

I called Mr. Yerkes to get a HVAC system serviced and inspected for me so the house could finally go to the closing table. He came to the house the same day I called. That’s about the most courteous and professional thing he did. After he was done, I asked him to send me a copy of the invoice so it could be shown at the closing. This “professional” NEVER returned any of my 4-5 calls and several text messages. I even notified the homeowner and had him try to contact Mr. Yerkes, but to avail! In closing, I wasn’t able to get the invoice for the closing today and it was delayed AGAIN!!! This
