Make sure your condensing unit isn't covered. This will damage the cooling system. Remove all items near or on the condensing unit. Also, resist the urge to temporarily storing or planting any thing near the condensing unit. This could become a permanent habit that could cost you thousands of dollars.

I highly recommend Oliver’s Cooling and Heating out of Irvington. I purchased a home that had an air/heating system that was constantly breaking down. Every time I needed to have it repaired whether it was in the dead heat of summer or the freezing cold of winter, I called Mr. Oliver. He was very punctual, professional, and most of all honest. He always took his time and considered all options to repair the unit. I never once felt like he was trying to overcharge me or take advantage of the fact there aren’t many ac/heating companies in this area. Mr. Oliver is a Christian man and it shows

I don't think I can say enough about the people at Oliver's. They are a god send, they helped my family when I had no where's else to turn. They should be proud of what they stand for, much much more than just heating & air. They are honest as the day is long. I would never even consider going to someone else. I would spend my last dime with them. I owe them & would gladly do anything for them. People you should give them a try, because you can't go wrong. They made me feel like I belonged in the community, and that it's ok to be able to get help from a neighbor when in need. Thank you Oliver's
