These people are a waste of your time. It's been 2 months since they were at our place. I've emailed and called and they still don't have the decency to contact us and give us an estimate. Thanks Summers Heating and cooling in New Albany for being prompt, courteous, and doing what you said you would do in a timely manner. I do not recommend that you spin your wheels with Lambs. The least they could have done was called and said " we are not interested". I think that would have taken about 30 seconds

My air went out on a HOT day! I used the online request (on a Monday morning) and had a return call with in 20 minutes. Knowledgeable and great customer service gave a window of time and arrived ON time the same Monday I requested help. Figured out the problem and fixed the problem. Ben was great! Thank you Lambs for getting my house cool again!

Lamb's installed a dual system in our new construction house 2 years ago. We recently had a warranty issue with one of our AC units. I found them to be very responsive; great communication with the office, quicker scheduling than I had requested. The technician was polite, efficient, and let us know exactly what was happening and the timetable to fix it. A+++++

I found Lamb's to be very responsive. I sent an online service request in and received a call back quickly. The person I spoke to was polite and informed, and quickly scheduled a service time after discussing the symptoms of my system.
The service tech showed up when I expected, and contacted me when he was on the way. He worked neatly, quickly diagnosed the issue, and ordered the needed part while he was here. The part was air lifted in, he returned as soon as he received the part and quickly replaced it which solved the problem. I was impressed by the professionalism and communication of all

I've dealt with their baseline technicians, supervisors and even the Owner got involved in the issue I had (not due to their fault). I've used Lambs several times, for both new installs, replacement systems, and service of existing systems. I've received very prompt service every time that I call.
They've installed new systems for me at 2 of the businesses that I owned, a house that I rehabbed and at a building that I built for a customer. They have replaced a system for me at my personal home, and have serviced systems for me at 2 of the houses that I have lived at, and my daughters home. I can recommend Lambs without reservation, as I've had nothing but outstanding service over many years of dealing with them.

We had a bit of a scare when we came home to our heat not working. Within an hour of being called, they had a team member out to help! The problem couldn’t be solved immediately but Justin did what was needed to make sure we had heat through the night, and followed up the very next day early on to give us our permanent fix. Justin was very professional, educated and so helpful to my family!! He was so quick at not only finding but resolving the issue we ran into.

My furnace quit working. So I called Lambs heating and Air. They sent Ben out, he worked on it and figured out what was wrong. He was really nice great customer service. Over night my furnace stopped again. I had to call back the following day, on New Years Eve. Ben came back out and did this and that. Figured out we had a bad breaker. Since that was fixed we have Heat! Thank you Ben and Lambs Heating and Air!

Called Lamb's the Friday after Thanksgiving and they answered the phone, lined up a service tech (Ethan) to call me, and he called me later the same day and scheduled an appointment for the following day. Ethan the technician quickly replaced the blower motor Saturday. They provided a quick response at a reasonable price, what more could I ask for?
