David and his team did great work. We had them install a new HVAC unit for us in the past few weeks.
David was very upfront and honest when he came to view our old system and provided us with new system and pricing information that day. He worked with us to set up an installation time that worked for everyone, explained everything, and answered all the questions we asked.
One of the guys accidentally slipped while completing the installation in the attic and put a small hole in the sheet rock in the ceiling in my son's room. They immediately let us know it happened and David had someone out to

David came out and checked out our system and quickly assessed the trouble, got an estimate to my landlord the same day. The unit was ordered and as soon as it arrives, David will be coming to install... in a couple of days. He was very pleasant, arrived early, was thorough but quick, and very responsive to any questions I had. He reached back out to me before I called him. The job is being completed quickly and thoroughly and I’m so excited that we are getting a new AC unit!

I can’t tell you how impressed I am with David Brown heating and air. We bought our house and the HVAC unit was under warranty from the previous owner. Not only did David honor the warranty, but when we added new vents, his prices were half what the other bids were, he is always on time, he answers the phone on weekends/ holidays, and his customer service is outstanding. I will never use anyone but David Brown, again. A true professional that cares!

I've been a satisfied customer for HVAC maintenance for several years, and it's come time to replace my aging HVAC (2 units+condensating furnance). David was wonderful to work with, his hard-working crew replaced the most ailing unit 1st, installing the new air handler and building new duct work in the teeny-tiny closet on the second floor. Excellent pricing, superb customer service and he helped me make a plan to phase in replacement of the downstairs unit and furnace to fit my budget. Highly recommend!

I had difficult situation with a mini split system
I tried calling a half dozen other guys. No one was willing to work with me until we found David. He took on a difficult situation. He and his crew showed up on the day the said they would. Finished when they said they would. He and his crew had great can do attitudes. I can't recommend enough. I am super satisfied with his service.

David was very professional. He worked with my budget and found a product that was affordable with exceptional quality. He explained everything to me step by step and his team was in and out in a day setting up my new unit.. He even contacted me the next day to see how my unit was running and made sure I was satisfied. I would recommend him for all heating and cooling needs.
