Excellent prices and excellent service. I bought top quality vinyl plank flooring, quarterround and transition strips for my project. We completed the transaction over the phone and they helped me to setup delivery with a courier as soon as the materials were available. I worked with Jose and Moriah and couldn't ask for better service and communication. I had one problem with the quarterround and they were able to resolve it very quickly...no fuss. I will definitely call on them for any of my future projects and highly recommend them.

I bought tile samples from 7 stores in Hempstead and picked one of them for my project. After a month, I returned back samples and all stores refunded me except Floor Merchant. They said they won't accept their own tile after one month. I guess they don't trust their own quality

Wonderful place. Their stock rarely matches the web site but it is still the best place in town to purchase tile. Call ahead for amount of square footage they have on hand. I have tiled several houses for less than a single house from Lowes and Home Depot. Go nowhere else if you care about your wallet. One tip...don't use their thinset. Use the better stuff, especially on porcelain.
