Just moved into Ringwood, and had an absolute nightmare with the well water, filter system and water pressure in the house. At times, we would have absolutely no water pressure at all! Called BSE Well and Mike came over and spent the better part of an hour helping me, for no charge. He determined the problem with the system, set up a course of action, and we moved forward. Now we have fantastic water pressure, beautiful clean water and no more changing filter cartridges every two weeks. Professional, clean and fair priced. 5 stars all the way! Thank you again Mike. Brian, Steve and the guys were amazing! Professional with so much knowledge. They can do any difficult job. I have not seen guys like this since I worked in New York City. The whole process of working with BSE was as good as I could have expected. They listened to and addressed my concerns. Their estimate was prompt and accurate. Work to install my new heating oil boiler and indirect water heater was scheduled quickly and performed as promised. Their installers left the place clean and neat. It is clear to me that they take pride in their work as the job was not only completed correctly but the end result is tidy and well organized. After a quick, less than 15 minute service to unclog a drain (that was successful), we were a bit shocked by the $300+ invoice. I called and the administrative assistant looked further into it and found an error with a computer code and adjusted it reducing $100. We've always been pleased with the work BSE has done and their quick response. We can now add that we are pleased with their excellent customer service as well.
