Can't get a hold of anyone to talk to. I left messages both by phone and email. I made a phone call and was hung up on before I could actually finish setting up an estimate. I then tried calling back and couldn't get anyone on the phone and had to leave another voicemail that was never followed up on! Horrible communication.

I contracted with them to level a spot in my yard to install an above ground pool. I have since been warned by multiple experienced landscapers and a landscape architect that their leveling job is not fit for its intended purpose, as it simply cannot be guaranteed to support the weight of the pool without a retaining wall to support the portion of the yard they built up above grade to achieve level. I am now hiring another company to come in and fix their unprofessional, unskilled work as it is clear after talking to them that they are either not knowledgeable enough to recognize the blatantly

I had an appointment set up to get a quote for a landscaping job and they never showed up!! The girl in the office said she didn’t know where he was but she’s pretty sure he will be there. I had to take off early from work to make the appointment and a “No Show”

I had a ground leveling service but had done a poor job in my backyard. Be careful with what they say. I should have asked to write in detail what I was told in their first visit. I still have water issues, small holes in some areas. They scratch my backyard like a crop field and dump some rocks. I barely make them come back to toss some dirt, and they could have bring more to fill up the sinking areas in the backyard. So disappointing, I’ll see if I can reach my lawyer to fill up a claim. It looks like they have water Drainage. They Never talked to me about it or recommended I need it. This

The photos they post are fradulant & from other photographers and not their own work. If it is a true review you will know. DO YOUR RESEARCH & YOU WILL BE GRATEFUL! As I am a victim of their scams you have been warned. The guys who first came to my home were Mexican and didn't speak English & showed up with the wrong product it was a big mess. After sevearl calls, the next week they returned with the right materials

My lawn had been literally overrun with weeds. HUGE WEEDS. Taller than me. We were that yard that the neighbors sneer at and whisper about. We tried to keep up... I promise we did. We finally gave up and called Green Thumb Lawn & Landscape. Jason were quick to respond, easy to work with, and did great work. I was able to keep in touch via text and pay with Venmo. Couldn't have been easier. They're the best.

Called them to get a quote for backyard landscaping 4 weeks ago. I was told I would get a quote back within next couple of days. I called the next week and they said they would have it to me after the weekend. Still never got it. So I called again and they said I would have it in a few days. Been waiting 4 weeks for a quote and called 3 times and I’ve had to constantly call to get there business. They clearly don’t want my business because I have yet to receive a quote much less a follow up from them. Do not use this company.

While they worked, Jason brought over some samples of pea gravel for me to choose from. Later I met him at an incredible nursery where we picked up the plants we needed, and the entire job was completed in just three days. They went above and beyond to fix a leaning fence and to remove a few plants from the front yard that wasn't in the original scope. Not only was the project done quickly, but Jason was extremely responsive, the crew hard working and friendly, and the price was right. I can't wait to enjoy my new yard.
