Paul "Butch" Potter founded Potter Enterprises LMS (PELMS) in 1980. Butch worked his way up from laborer to operator to foreman to superintendent to project manager. He now has more than 35 years of experience in the areas of paving, road construction, earthwork and hazardous remediation. He has managed the successful completion of more than 130 projects totaling more than $30 million.
