This elaborately constructed 1928 Spanish Colonial home was almost completely destroyed by fire. We reproduced the fine finishes including hardwood trim, mahogany doors, and plank oak flooring. Custom-designed and fabricated features were installed. The owners sold the home immediately upon completion to their great financial benefit.
This Ranch Style Home built in 1954, burned completely to the ground. We rebuilt the structure with a nearly identical footprint, while completing upgrades to the kitchen, baths, and interior. Considerable design expertise was brought to bear in completing the project. At Coast Construction, we offer complete damage repair services to help get your home or business back to normal as quickly as possible after a fire or other disaster.
This 126-year-old Victorian was completely gutted by fire. The renovation included restoring certain classic features, while upgrading and modernizing other elements of the property. The owners elected to raise the entire structure and add an apartment unit on the ground floor. We revised the floor plan and integrated architecturally designed additions.
We will work with you on improvements in design and finishes in order to implement changes you may want to make and deliver the best possible project. Our senior project manager is as good a designer as can be found anywhere. She has been with the company for nearly 30 years, and designed every project you see on our website.

I recently had a fire in an apartment I own. Thank God no one was hurt. Being late at night I did not have access to obtaining plywood to secure the building. Fire dept said that would put a call out. Coast construction company showed up. Kenyon was the rep. of coast construction at the site. He was extremely informative of mybrights, what was going to happen and what to expect. His truck even had a great fully stocked snack compartment for those that might be under distress. Anyway. the next day I called and talked with Kenyon for over an hour has he explained to me what would be the next steps
