David Guerra's background began in home inspection. After time, he began to see the need for an honest, local paint & remodel company in the area. Thus, David Guerra Painting of North Texas, Inc. DBA Signature Custom Home Painting was formed in 2001. We are a family-owned and operated business and we will continue that tradition for years to come.
We take all neccessary steps to ensure that work conditions are optimum when we arrive to perform an exterior job. Good planning is vital when considering to paint or repair your home exterior. Signature will not perform any work if there is threat of freezing or rainy conditions in the forecast, as this will affect quality and overall result.

The signature team is bar none.
we have them completely repaint our entire house and kitchen cabinets, and every day that I went over to the house to watch the progress, I always knew that I could remain worry-free with the team in my house completing the work required as soon as they could possibly get it done.
They educated me about some aspects of the work throughout as well and kept me informed of anything that came up.
In the end when we had to do touch-ups, they met my standards even though it took four trips, and all with a smile. I trust David, Abraham and their teams wholeheartedly
