I am belated in submitting this review for which I must apologise. But I wanted to give credit to Troy and his team for the wonderful job they did on our house back in September 2021, along with the office staff who helped us with financing. Inside and outside of the house got a much deserved update and they went the extra mile to make it happen.
Were they the cheapest of the bids we received? No, but the saying is true that you get what you pay for. We, unfortunately, learned that lesson for a similar project in the past and regretted it immensely.

I have used Performance painting twice now and have been very satisfied. First they painted the exterior of our home and then later I had them do some drywall repair work in my garage. I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to anyone else looking for painting or drywall repairs.

Angie was outstanding, she really did an excellent job of locating the exact brand and color that we requested, in spite of having to visit six different Home Depot locations.
I cannot say enough about Ramon and his crew.
Truly professional is the best way to describe these guys. I’ve had homes painted and seen other homes painted, but I’ve never seen such a precise, neat and clean job.

Performance Painting beautifully repaired my drywall, baseboard, and doorframe damage and completely cleaned up after they were finished. I'm selling my home and was very concerned about potential structural damage behind the drywall. Angie ensured the scope of work was clearly defined before proceeding, and the techs thoroughly inspected the area to ensure there was no hidden damage. I know this job was done right.

Pleasantly surprised! When I first moved to Texas, I needed a reputable , affordable, and hopefully friendly painter! After talking with Will I felt as though I was a valued customer and not just a name asking for a quote. They took time to listen to the work I needed done and discussed several options with me. Will and his team were very courteous and professional. We had the majority of our interior walls painted and are extremely happy with the results. Bonus - they were able to complete the job a few days quicker than originally quoted. I highly recommend them for any job you have in the house! We had a great experience with Performance Painting. We needed our interior walls painted and they were able to get the whole process done quickly and efficiently. We were quoted a great price and had others give us quotes before having PP do our service. They use the best quality paint, and give great insight on color and what looks great.
We will definitely utilize their services again. Fair price, attention to detail and friendly interaction. We are baffled at who would put a negative review after having such a great experience.

I have used performance painting three times now. The first was a complete home remodel; floors, scraping popcorn, repainting the entire house, closing off doorways, plumbing and electric work. They did an amazing job. I had a short timeline of six weeks and they did the job in the timeframe I needed.
A year later my water heater (which I forgot to replace during the remodel) died and flooded half my house. Will was there to replace the water heater, the flooring and drywall.
His team just returned to do some minor painting on my exterior.

We were looking for exterior work for our home and found them on the Good Contractors list. The estimate We received was reasonably priced, they showed up on time, and the painters were clean and professional. I will be doing additional interior work with them in the near future.

They came the first day to repair our garage, left immediately and said they would be back in 45 minutes. Came back two and a half hours later and did not finish. Did not show the next day to finish the job. Supposed to be here at 9:00 a.m. two days later and by 10:45 they were not here. We called and fired them and then four men showed up immediately AFTER we fired them. Horrible experience!

If I could give them a negative rating I would. I guess I dodged a bullet. I contacted them to receive a quote to paint/touch up a house. The guy came out to the house, 45 minutes late might I add, walked through the house, promised me a great quote by 10:00 A.M. 10 o'clock came and went. At 2:00 I texted the guy to verify they had the right email address. He texted back the quote would be send shortly. Four hours later still no quote. Pretty bad business. Needless to say I will never call them again. I am sure we will have more painting needs.

Watch out! Horrible experience that all could've been "made right" IF they'd kept their word. Make them put EVERYTHING in writing, every single scenario to protect your home/property.
They were hired to do a very small job after other construction in our home & ended up damaging our brand new floors! Owner said they'd take care of it ... false. Don't let TGL fool you into thinking someone will hold the bag. Payment was delayed due to terms of THEIR stated guarantee but that only resulted in PP seeking a lien against us.
