Fantastic service. I was scheduled for a 1pm cleaning with a 3o minute call before arrival. Troy was precise and professional. Arrived on time with the scheduled call. Easily removed a tough red stain from an ink pen our puppy chewed. Our carpets are on the mature side and had puppy stains and other wear and tear. I dont think any other service has made our tired carpet look better.

I called Shepherd Carpet when I got to my new home and realized the previous owner had let her pets use the carpet as a bathroom before leaving. They were able to come out same day and it only took them a couple of hours to get the whole carpet done. The house smelled substantially better after they left (there was pee elsewhere so they weren't able to totally eliminate the smell), and they were fast and courteous. The price was great for the size of my house, and I will be using their services again for my next carpet cleaning. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area who needs their

Troy was responsive, punctual, and gave extra attention to cleaning, replacing the furniture and putting pieces of plastic under furniture legs for protection during the drying process. He brings water on his truck so he doesn't need to connect to the household water system. A friendly, hard-working business owner; I recommend his work.

My daughter is allergic to dogs so I promised her I would have the carpets cleaned before her visit. (They needed it anyway). Troy did a fabulous job. The little spots were removed, the carpet dried fairly quickly and the price was reasonable. Best of all my daughter didn't have one sneeze!! I am very satisfied and will use this s service again.

These folks did a wonderful, fantastic job for us. After almost 3 years of use and abuse, along with 4 grandchildren, our carpets were getting a little dingy. Shepard's came in and made them look like new again and at rates that are far better than any other 'brand' name carpet cleaners out there !!!! Professional and friendly to boot.
