These people are a scam. I contacted a company that my neighbor found out about thinking they where in Springfield, Ohio cause I am new here. The said they where running a Holiday Special for Duct Cleaning for $249.00. She said they where out of Springfield, OH. They showed up three hours early, where here 45 minutes and charged us $615.00. They are from Illinois and they are scammers. I don’t think they did what they were supposed to do. I tried to contact the person who sat up the appointment and they never responded and blocked me. DO NOT fall for this scam and don’t let them in your house

Do not let these people clean your ducts and vents! They bent every air return grate in the house because they jammed a blower through the vent instead of removing the vent. Cut holes in the duct work at the furnace and left them unpatched. Damaged the walls at every corner their hosing went around.

Absolute worst company. Damage my Duct work at the furnace, damaged the duct work for my dryer vent which ended up venting inside the house. No pictures as promised. He was in and out in 30 minutes wrapping up hi s14 days on the road.
The are not returning my phone calls, not returning my emails, not returning my PM on Facebook. I should have known better to stay local which is what I thought I did.
If they don't get back to me, I will go after them in small claims court. I am beyond upset. We are very particular about our home and they cost me money and time to get it back to normal.

This company doesn't know what they are doing they installed a 4 ton central air conditioning system when only a 2.5 ton system was needed. Also reduced the size of the piping ( insufficient size for 4ton) the 4ton a/c only to increase it again at the a/c (see picture) . When changing the coil for the 4ton a/c they butchered the ductwork and reduced the 12x8 ductwork that supplies heat and cooling to the entire upstairs to a 6 inch hole (see pictures trunk duct is 12x8). Then because the new coil was much taller they hacked and patched the ductwork back together (see pictures) with scraps of sheetmetal

This company is GARBAGE. They canceled on me twice. They were supposed to examine my AC unit on Thursday, August 5th at 3 PM. I work until 6 PM, so I had to take off 3 hours of work. No one notified me that the technician would not be able to make it out, so I lost three hours of overtime pay. They rescheduled my appointment for Saturday, August 14th, which was also canceled. They finally came to examine my AC unit on Sunday, August 15th. The technician said that I would need a new unit installed, and he submitted the claim to the insurance company. I was notified a week later that 7 Star Heating

Seven star service is cheater. They will come and misguide and try to make more money. They come to my place through my warranty company to repair AC and said i lost very important part which costs you 400-500. But u r covered under warranty so we need 150$ to get it today which was not covered under home warranty. I felt fishy and said no, called someone else who came at short notice and fixed yhe capacitor for just 125$ . He was out of network but much faster and cheaper and most important honest. So dont trust Seven Star Heating.👎

We had a horrible experience with this company. They came out for service and only stayed 30 minutes and did not finish the job. Our vents and ducts are still filthy. We reached out to the person who made our appointment with and they have been ghosting us for days. They keep saying they will call us back and have not and now are dodging our calls. I would not recommend this company to anyone as they are rude and do not care about completely services, just care about getting paid and scamming customers.
