The Indoor Comfort team are true professional. I got several quotes before the Winter coming since it would replace the entire HVAC systems - Furnace, AC, Humidifier and Thermostat. Steve provided a reasonable quote and estimation, Eric, Rich, Louis did a super good job for installation. I am very luck to have Indoor Comfort do the job. Highly recommend those guys.

I replaced our Air Conditioner a couple of years ago and just recently our heating system. Indoor Comfort did both for us. They are very professional in installation and servicing our system. And I couldn't beat the fair price for both replacement units. I'd use them again in a heart beat.

They installed my HVAC. i always smelled a mild gas smell afterward but didn't think much of it. i bought a gas detector at Amazon and, sure enough, there was a gas leak. Contacted Steve about this and he never called us back. i called in plumber who verified the leak and he said the HVAC wasn't installed properly. we had the gas line fixed which costed us $653.00. never got a call from Indoor Comfort. They weren't there when we needed them.

Steve and his team did an exceptional job from start to finish! They spent time explaining the process and products, pricing and install. The installers were punctual, knowledgable, organized and quick-and they installed 2 new AC units. They also in the past installed new furnaces and hot water heaters. They are terrific!

Office rushed to schedule and bill new system installation, paid..
Once system was installed, AC was not working correctly when started up in spring.
They sent tech on time to first service request and required service fee to look at new system they installed that is not working correctly. Made payment , Made adjustment. Noise not completely resolved.
Scheduled new service call..blown off.. no call, scheduled again..blown off again…no call.
Office does not call if tech is not showing …..they just don’t show, while you wait!

We have used indoor comfort for almost 25 years and have always had great service. The guys are extremely clean while working, put down blankets the entire way to the work area and wear booties over their shoes on top of it. They are very friendly and knowledgeable and straight talkers, which I like. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing service or a new furnace. I wouldn't use anyone else...

Had an issue with my AC and they sent someone out the same day. The office and the technician were both very polite. Joe diagnosed the problem quickly, communicated professionally, and repaired it on the spot. No BS at all. Seems like a very well run company in terms of professionalism and integrity. I would use them again and would recommend to others.

The owner Steve came out to give us an estimate to replace our AC unit with Carrier. We had our furnace replaced with Carrier last fall from another company. Our family was sick so he stayed outside. When he left he dropped of an estimate for 13 SEER and 16 SEER rating A/C Carrier unit. Steve answered all my questions. Indoor Comfort had the best… price among other companies, with their April discount. Also gave us another discount because our family had Covid19. They came out 8:30am and finished by 11:30am. They also put pea gravel around the A/C unit that made it look nice. They wore masks

Indoor Comfort installed my furnace and A/C on 2/22/20. From the Sales process to after the final installation, Indoor Comfort was very professional, honest, and responsive. Kevin was my sales person, and he gave me a lot of good information, and did not try to oversell anything I did not need. As a matter of fact I told him I wanted a new whole… house humidifier as mine had not been working properly, and he advised against it, stating they were easy to fix. During the installation the installers, Eric & Joe, ended up fixing it at no extra charge. Eric and Joe were very professional

Eric and joe installed my furnace and air conditioning. They did an amazing job. Very efficient and reliable. They answered all my questions and were friendly, courteous and clean. Indoor comfort gave me a good price, only selling me what I need, rather than offering expensive equipment above what I required. They gave me a great warranty and service contract. My new furnace is running great. I highly recommend them.

We Choose Steve and Indoor Comfort because we felt they would do a Great Job at a fair price. While meeting with Steve he informed us about the many rebates that are available for our equipment, even a manufactures rebate since we were replacing a Carrier with a Carrier product. Not only do they inform, they submit the rebates for you as a service they provide to their valued customer. Today was installation day, and Steve sent Eric and G out for the install. They did a fabulous Job, and were amazingly quick. We are in a neighborhood that are getting a-lot of new installs, and most trucks you see
