The company did a poor job of installation
Claiming that the subfloor was bad. The job was to replace an existing vinyl floor that did not have issues
One I made the complaint I was told I would be sued if I wrote about the complaint
Took them 2 months to respond after numerous calls
I did not accept their initial remedy and got very annoyed when I contacted the B.B.B
Buyer beware

Horrible customer service in my case. Floor was purchased to replace an existing floor and it buckled after 13 months
Company took 6 weeks to respond and then wanted to charge more to fix it after asking why the previous floor did not buckle
I contacted BBB and then the company told them they were going to fix it a no charge
Company then company threatened to sue me if I spoke badly of them
I would never refer this company and have no trust in them

Lynette made several trips to my home, both to discuss flooring options with me and for measuring and re-measuring when I changed the scope of work. I was also impressed with the install crew. I was on a very tight schedule due to delays from a previous contractor, and had to re-schedule the installation. The install crew worked overtime (Friday night and Saturday) to accommodate my timeline. They were also very good at cleaning up as they went so when I arrived home from work, it didn't I feel like I was living in a construction zone.
